Terms and Conditions

 

    We charge 8.35% i.e.30/31 days of annual gross salary of selected candidate to the company and prorate charges for consultancy of other fields.  The calculation of the gross salary will be done on cost to the company basis (CTC). This includes basic. D.A. and all the perquisites attach to the salary such as H.R.A., L.T.A., Medical, Conveyance, Educational allowance, Superannuation's, P.F. contributed by the company and prorate annual Bonus etc.

    Tax: - 12.36 % Service tax as applicable via Registration No. AALPW7796ESD002

    Payment: - The payment should be made immediately after joining of the candidate.

    Guarantee: - We offer three-month's (90 Days) guarantee for permanent post. In case the candidate does not continue the job we give free replacement (The contract is only valid if the payment is done within 7 days of joining.)

    Appointment Terms: - The Company should inform about the terms & appointment of the candidate immediately

Since Om Sai Management Consultant   is a career and consultancy site we give you the option of putting your profile and feedback of consultancy services in our database. Any potential employer may review the Resume that you create as part of your employment profile. You can elect to keep some details on your Resume confidential (such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number(s), and current employer and work). If a prospective employer is interested in reviewing your full profile, we will contact you via e-mail and provide you with the name of the potential employer. If you decide that you would like for the potential employer to view your full profile, you may respond directly to the potential employer through the Om Sai Management Consultant site and your full profile will be forwarded to the potential employer. Although Om Sai Management Consultant will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that no person or entity views your full profile without your permission, Om Sai Management Consultant cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not have access to or view your profile and will not be responsible for any such unauthorized access or viewing of your profile.

 

You may remove your profile at any time. However, potential employers who you have permitted to view your profile may have retained a copy of your profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of profiles in these instances.
